Meditation Diffuser Blends
Finding time to get quiet can be as simple as committing to sitting with your hot coffee for 5 minutes each morning before you start your day.
Habit stacking your intention can make your new ritual even easier by promising yourself “while my coffee is brewing I am going to start the diffuser, then sit and enjoy the warmth of my coffee and the aromatic blend I have just added to the diffuser”.
